Emergency callout case studies

We arrived promptly at a client’s shop premises in Balham during her working day. The client had a double glazed door and was not able to gain access as she had left another key in the other end of the lock, and was therefore not able to turn the lock from the front. We were able to retrieve the key with our specialised equipment and gained access with no damage to the door or lock – no repair was necessary. The customer had no worry about changing locks and so this job was little worry or fuss for both engineer and customer. It was all taken care of within an hour, so the client was delighted to be able to quickly return to business as usual.
